I always cry when Lucy hugs Aslan at the end of the VODT movie. I am a Christian, and I struggle with keeping God at the center of my heart. Lucy’s selfless, childlike adoration for Aslan, and the intimate relationship they have, makes me weep uncontrollably every time. It’s convicting, and it is beautiful. I want to be like Lucy.
